Ladies from New York to Milan brought some "serious" Bike Pretty en route to the runway shows; others perfected the vélo-poseur look with aplomb.  Either way, it's clear that people are thinking hard about cycling in style. Or not at all- which is the point. Wear what you want, on a bike, and good things will happen.
